Refund Policy

Refunds are approved in the following cases

1- Incorrect product.
it can be like a Product with the wrong attributes. it can be like you received a single-layer rice cooker, but you ordered a double-layer rice cooker.

2- Damaged Products.
it can be like a broken product.

3- Products Out of Stock.
We offer a full refund if the product is out of stock. We will notify you and make the refund immediately.

4- Products Unable to Ship.
We offer a full refund if the product can not be shipped. We will notify you in time and make the refund.

5- We agree to refund the money if the product arrives to the customer after the maximum delivery date and the delay was due to us. But if the delay is due to customs, the presence of official holidays in your country, or because you were not present at the shipping address on the delivery date, then you must accept a late delivery date because the delay was not because of us. Also, if the delay is due to reasons beyond our control, such as (epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, or customs inspection.), then you must accept a late delivery date because the delay was not because of us. Refunds, returns, and disputes are not approved in the following cases

1- The customer does not like the product.
If you don’t like the product, don’t buy it from the beginning.

2- The product doesn’t match the listing description due to inaccurate measurement.
Many manual measurements have some errors and this is a common mistake in most online and non-electronic stores. So, allow a 1-3cm manual measurement error.

3- The product smells unusual.
If the smell of the product is unusual, you can put it in the open air for 3 or 4 hours.

4- Shipping delay because of any of these reasons:
(epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, or customs inspection.).

5- Purchase cancellation requests after payment:
We do not accept requests to cancel purchases after payment, because as soon as the customer pays us the value of the order, we process it so that it is shipped to the customer as quickly as possible. So if you are not sure you want to buy the product, do not buy it from the beginning.

How to request a refund if the product is incorrect or damaged

Within 5 days from the date of receiving the product, the customer can send us by using fit subject like (about my refund request) on this email support@eldemiry.com from the same email address that he used in the purchase form, and inform us in writing of the reason for the refund request, then give the purchase/order number in the message and the name of the product, along with sending a picture or pictures proving that the product is damaged or incorrect, and we will do a refund for the customer within 5 working days but the money will appear in the customer bank/card account after an extra 10 to 15 working days.
